Background

Puma's Mongolian Shoe BBQ is changing the relationship between consumers and footwear by enabling people to customize, co-create, and sell their sneaker designs on multiple platforms. End-users are able to collaboratively share their creations through an online boutique, as well as through the socialsphere. Puma is cultivating and supporting a 360 retail experience; connecting retail stores, E-commerce, and social retailing. Social graphing occurs throughout the experience, enriching and visualizing near-real-time social data; who's currently building a shoe, most popular designer color palettes, most widely used materials, most highly rated shoe, most highly rated boutique, and more.
